Refund & Return Policy
At The Chosen Collection, we appreciate every customer and want you to feel confident when placing your order.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Hair and beauty products that have been opened or used
- Bonnets, scarves, combs, brushes, and similar personal-care items
- Earrings and other personal-use accessories
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products, books that have been downloaded, and gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by The Chosen Collection.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process an approved refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as The Chosen Collection is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
